I'm Baboulas, and before we begin I should tell you a couple of things... 
Time in here slows down, so take this chance to relax and indulge into some of 
my wife’s Petroula recipes. 
My ingredients might be simple but I bet you they're full of taste! “Yoris” from the creamery brings daily the cheeses that compliment your booze,  and the fish you see I pick them myself! 
And yes, this is my boat you are looking at... It belongs to the days
I was a fisherman.
But when I decided to hang up my boots,
I placed it here so my octopuses have a place to sunbathe and you my friend, can enjoy our beautiful sunset
wind-free.
